Mr. Tsang has been involved in consulting work for US legal services for more than 25 years. In 1984 he founded Immigration Express Immigration Company in Los Angeles, California and then went on to establish the Taipei office of Immigration Express in 1988.
Mr. Tsang has studied in Taiwan, Canada, and the United States. He has acted as a leader in many facilities including his leadership role as the organizer and the director of the, Investigative Committee for Taipei Immigration Consultants Association in North America, for 19 years. He is also one of the key leaders of the Overseas Chinese American Chamber, and has held a Notary Public License for the State of California for over 20 years. In 1989 he was also the Chinese elected member of "Who is Who".

Andy Yen is the director of the Strategic Team, and has had a U.S. CPA license for over 30 years. He has a plethora of knowledge in accounting and has provided his services to many key clients in his career as well as experience with one of the top four Accounting Firms in the US.

Chen-Cho Hinton

Chen-Cho Hinton was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, and educated in the United States. She received a scholarship from Interlochen Arts Academy, graduating in 1987. Ms. Hinton earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California in 1993, and then pursued in advanced studies in the University of Southern California, Colombia University, and multiple schools in Florence, Italy.
As a leader of DE's Administration Group, she has more than 10 years of experience in Law Firm Management and 7 years of experience in Internet Marketing. She has been a tremendous impact on DE's Marketing Research & Operational Management departments and continues to succeed in her field of work. |
Joseph Tsang

Joseph Tsang is the president of Dream Express Cerritos and is also the partner attorney for Immigration Express in California. Joseph had received his bachelor's degree from the University of California of Riverside, and thereafter received his Jurist Doctorate at Pepperdine School of Law with a certificate in Dispute Resolution. His specialties in the field of law are within Family, Estate, and Immigration Law. As well as being the president of DE and partner attorney for Immigration Express, Joseph is also the Director of 501© Eden Farm Foundation as well as an avid member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA).
Joseph Tsang is a leader of both the sales team in Shanghai China & California, US. He and his team are made up of a pool of young intellectual paralegals trained in e-Commerce. Joseph and his team have all had hands-on experience with the production, marketing, and testing of these e-Commerce Systems. His team of young professionals has obtained a wealthy amount of knowledge in the field of US law and their bilingual training has proven to be a great asset to have for law firms around the world.
