Legal Practitioner Helper System (thereafter referred as “LPH system”) is a system to provide Immigration attorneys and their paralegals with a comprehensive tool box to enhance their case handling productivity and efficiency.
Our questionnaire and supporting document covers over a 100 major U.S Immigration forms. After the client fill out the questionnaire online they would submit it to the attorney directly. You can also send the corresponding supporting document list to your client to guide him/her with the preparation of required documents.
You do not need to pass your clients information to us separately. We will be able to receive client information through the LPH System as they complete the questionnaires. The Customer Service System will be the medium through which you submit and communicate your case information to us.
All of our legal assistance work has to go through two levels of error checking and quality control by our legal professionals and attorneys. If you are dissatisfied with our service, we will issue a full refund.
Confidential information is highly protected at various levels. Firstly, all of our employees have signed binding confidentiality agreements with Dream Express. Secondly, all information is securely transferred via encrypted Customer Service System. Even if the database has been broken into the only word they would read is error message.
